We butcher our ranch born, grass fed, grass finished, all natural Angus cattle throughout the year as the animals mature. They are raised on grass, no pesticide or fertilized hay with no antibiotics, hormones, or steroids. Happy lives, a lake to cool off in and some of the best coastal grass to eat. The beef is very lean and natural. There is not that layer of unhealthy fat that you get when animals are fed grain in a stock yard. It can take 12-14 months for an animal to reach the right age and weight for butchering plus have some natural fat.
Benefits of buying grass-fed natural Angus beef:
The butcher will determine the final hanging weight of the steer we choose from our 400 acres in Smithville TX. of our Angus cattle. Your total cost per 1/4, 1/2, or whole steer will depend on the hanging weight of the animal.
