We usually do not process any beef in the hot summer months. I don't want to stress my animals so we still can select an animal with you , take your deposit and hold tell the temps change.

On smaller selected pieces (if in stock) You can pre-order- text me the day before mkt so i can pull the meat you would like. place an order and pick up at my local markets @ dripping Springs Farmers market or Barton Creek farmers market
